I had the pleasure to make an anniversary arrangement for a former wedding client. It was their second anniversary, and since that anniversary's theme is cotton, I used fresh cotton; flowers, foliage and the green pods, dried cotton, since the bolls were not quite ripe on the plants.
Also included were Dahlias, Veronica, fragrant Stocks, and Dusty Miller.

Oh sooo yummy did you grow the cotton?? I tried this summer but with fail my plants never got over 6 inch tall. Michigan is not hot enough.
ReplyDeleteHi Tracy- I didn't grow the cotton, Mother Nature did, on a dry dusty roadside. Cotton trucks frequent that road, and there are plants all along it.
DeleteI LOVE THIS! I would love to design with cotton!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jessica. It has become a favorite ingredient in my fall bouquets.
